Compensation:The minimum salary for the position is $65,000. Actual starting salary will be based on experience and qualifications.

Required Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of social media management in higher-education
- Knowledge of the student experience and communication needs of a business school
Preferred Qualifications:- Hands-on experience conceptualizing, filming, and editing high-engagement short-form video content tailored for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts (proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or native platform editing suites preferred).
- Proficiency with visual design platforms like Canva or Adobe Express.
- Experience training, scheduling, and supervising student staff, including task delegation, content review, and ongoing mentorship, and collaborating with a cross-functional team p.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage project timelines and deadlines
Education:- Bachelor's degree Required; focus in marketing or related field
