Your opportunity: The Department of Psychological & Brain Sciences offers research-based BSc programs. The Undergraduate Program Coordinator supports student success and academic operations under the general direction of the Manager, Finance & Operations.

Responsibilities include: Acting as a first point of contact for general and program-related enquiries, coordinating departmental course syllabi, coordinating the recruitment and training process for teaching assistants and exam invigilators, coordinating student grades/marks amendment and change processes, liaising with contacts on petitions and appeal cases, liaising with others to coordinate deferred examination schedules, editing content for brochures, newsletters, websites and handbooks, and keeping informed on changes to courses, program requirements, policies, and procedures.

Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, minimum three years related experience in an academic environment, experience in coordinating recruitment, test/exam preparation, managing special consideration requests, website and social media management, and assisting with student recruitment events. Proficiency in MS Office and related tools is required.
