TRIO SSS Squad Leader Position Overview:
TRIO SSS Squad members assist new students' transition into life as a student at Fitchburg State University. Squad members are assigned tasks, workshops, outreach opportunities, and events by the Squad Leader. Though the work hours of TRIO SSS Squad members are busy, it is a rewarding position and Squad Leaders will leave with much to add to their resumes. Squad Members will be expected to:

- Support first-year mentees through one-on-one interactions
- Answer mentee questions about life at Fitchburg State
- Connect mentees to campus resources
