Unit Business Manager

This position provides financial and business support to the Department Chair and faculty members of CSD by gathering data, researching information, reviewing/preparing reports, and acting as a liaison between the Department Chair and upper-level administrative staff, the university community, and the general public. This position handles a complex budget from multiple funding sources, purchasing, and personnel work for a large, complex department. The position supervises departmental staff and student workers. The position requires a knowledge of university policies and procedures and accounting/business standards and practices.
