Major/Essential Functions
- The Unit Manager – SOP Testing plays a critical role in ensuring the secure, accurate, and consistent administration of student learning assessments within the School of Pharmacy pathways.
- This position serves as the primary staff leader for all testing processes, including management of student testing compliance, collaboration with team members at each campus on testing logistics and exam proctors, support for faculty, coordination of ExamSoft (Examplify) deployment, and non-computer based exams (if applicable).
- The unit manager facilitates the seamless delivery of exams across in-person and distance environments while maintaining assessment integrity and security.
- The role also includes collaboration with faculty, students, academic leadership, and support personnel to continuously improve student learning assessment workflows, processes, and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in coordinating multiple concurrent testing activities.
- Knowledge of accommodations and compliance requirements for academic assessments.
- Competency in using academic assessment systems, including ExamSoft/Examplify and LMS integration (D2L Brightspace).
- Knowledge of secure online testing protocols, proctoring standards, and academic integrity principles.
- Experience in troubleshooting issues related to assessment procedures and tools.
- Accurate data management skills with attention to detail for grade records.
