Applicants must submit (in electronic form, in a single PDF document, no larger than 30 MB):
- a hand-signed application letter
- a CV in Europass format
- a copy of an ID card
- a copy of a citizenship certificate (for applicants who are not citizens of the Republic of Croatia: proof of citizenship of an EU member state or other countries)
- proof of completion of the university graduate study Forensics, study module Financial and Accounting Forensics
- a transcript of grades from the completed university graduate study Forensics, study module Financial and Accounting Forensics with a calculated average grade
- a certificate from a competent court that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against the applicant (not older than 6 months)
- a certificate of knowledge of the Croatian language - C2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) - advanced knowledge (for applicants from EU member states or other countries)
- other evidence proving that they meet the criteria according to the Scoring Table for the first selection of associates (the table can be found on the website of the Faculty of Forensic Sciences under the heading: Faculty/Documents).
Applicants will be awarded points only for those criteria/activities for which they have submitted appropriate evidence, and subsequent delivery of evidence after closing applications for the tender will not be possible.
Applicants must meet the requirements prescribed by the Act on Scientific Activity and Higher Education (Croatian official gazette "Narodne novine" No. 119/22), the Regulations of the Faculty of Forensic Sciences and the Statute of the University of Split.

Applicants who invoke the right of priority in employment in accordance with special regulations are obliged to invoke this right in their tender application and have priority over other candidates only under equal tender conditions, and based on a proper, complete and timely tender application.
Applicants who invoke the right to priority in employment in accordance with Articles 102 and 103 of the Act on Croatian Homeland War Veterans and their Family Members (Croatian official gazette "Narodne novine" No. 121/17, 98/19, 84/21), are required to submit, in addition to evidence of meeting the required conditions, all necessary evidence from Article 103, paragraph 1, available at the link of the Ministry of Croatian Veterans https://branitelji.gov.hr.

Applications for position, along with supporting documentation and proof of meeting the criteria, must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the tender's publication in the official gazette of the Republic of Croatia, "Narodne novine". Applicants are required to submit their tender application and all tender documentation in electronic form exclusively in a single PDF document, no larger than 30 MB, to the electronic address: natjecaji@forenzika.unist.hr, with the following e-mail subject: "Tender application for the assistant position". Tender applicants who meet the tender's formal conditions are subject to a possible test of knowledge and abilities essential for performing the duties of the position, through testing and/or interview, and if they do not participate, they are considered to have withdrawn from the tender application. All information about any possible knowledge test will be published on the official website of the Faculty (http://forenzika.unist.hr//).
By submitting a tender application applicants expressly agree that the Faculty of Forensic Sciences may collect, use and further process data for the purpose of implementing the tender procedure in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (Croatian official gazette "Narodne novine" No. 42/2018).
A proper application contains all data and attachments in the manner specified in the tender. Untimely, incomplete, and applications that do not meet the tender requirements will not be considered. Candidates will be informed of the tender results for both items via email, within the legal deadline, using the address provided in the tender application.
