Essential Job Duties
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative and program support for certification operations by managing application processing, maintaining accurate program records, assisting applicants throughout the certification process, and supporting data collection and reporting activities. This role ensures certification requirements are met, provides responsive customer service to applicants and stakeholders, and contributes to the overall effectiveness and continuous improvement of program initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the processing of certification applications by reviewing submissions, verifying eligibility requirements, and ensuring applicants have completed all required training, documentation, and certification criteria.
- Provide customer service and technical assistance to certification applicants by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding individuals through the application, renewal, and certification processes.
- Maintain and update program databases, including Excel and Access systems, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility for reporting and operational needs.
- Track certification activities, prepare reports, and maintain records to support program evaluation, compliance, and decision-making.
- Distribute and monitor monthly surveys to training graduates and individuals receiving new certifications, recertifications, or lapsed certifications to gather feedback and support program quality improvement efforts.
- Provide administrative support for program initiatives, special projects, meetings, and other operational activities as assigned.
- Collaborate with internal teams, training providers, and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and effective program coordination.
