Vice President for Global Recruitment, Admissions, and Financial Aid
New York University seeks an energetic, collaborative, and highly strategic leader to serve as its next Vice President for Global Recruitment, Admissions, and Financial Aid.

Reporting to MJ Knoll-Finn, Senior Vice President for Global Enrollment, Student Success, and Strategic Positioning, the vice president will lead with a sustained and strategic focus on undergraduate enrollment outcomes, financial aid strategy, and long-term pipeline development. The role includes oversight of NYU's pre-college ecosystem as an important component of the University's recruitment strategy—both as a pipeline for future students and as an opportunity to extend NYU's reach and engagement. Success in this position requires a leader who can navigate NYU's highly matrixed environment with ease, forging strong partnerships across academic schools, campus leadership, marketing, analytics, and compliance functions to drive integrated, data-informed enrollment strategies at scale.
At the minimum, candidates will possess a master's degree, significant experience developing successful recruitment initiatives and supervising staff, and substantial experience developing organizational strategy for an undergraduate recruitment, admissions, and financial aid units that directly impact decision-making at the senior executive level.
