Video Production Assistant

Position Information

Essential Duties

• Shooting video of live home athletic events, including Griffon football, volleyball, soccer, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, softball, and lacrosse
• Assisting with live graphic input for MIAA Network broadcasts
• Operating instant replay software
• Set-up and breakdown of equipment on game day

Required Qualifications

• MWSU Student
• Degree Seeking
• At least an overall 2.0 GPA
• Enrolled at least part-time

Preferred Qualifications

• Video production experience
• Media experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• General and basic knowledge of sports preferred.
• Basic knowledge of camera operation is preferred but not required.

Physical Demands

Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.

Location where duties are to be performed

GISC, Spratt Stadium, Looney Complex, Spring Sports Complex, Athletic facilities

Hours of Work

Position to start 02/02/2026. Anticipate 10 hour per week. Hours and schedule may vary.
