The position is primarily teaching-focused. The specific teaching load and course schedule will be determined in consultation with the Department Chair.

Minimum Qualifications and Education:

• PhD or DBA in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a closely related field, or be an advanced doctoral candidate with substantial progress toward degree completion.
• Graduate-level academic preparation in supply chain management.
• Evidence of, or strong potential for, effective undergraduate teaching, with the ability to develop and deliver curriculum.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience teaching or assisting with courses in supply chain management.
• Relevant professional, consulting, or industry experience.
• Familiarity with experiential learning, case-based instruction, simulations, analytics, or applied projects.
• An interest in teaching supply chain management within a liberal arts business education.
