The College of Dentistry at The Ohio State University seeks applications for a Visiting Assistant/Associate Professor faculty position in the Division of Periodontology. Other include providing support to the research, academic, and clinical programs within the Division of Periodontology, College of Dentistry; Managing clinical research projects, including IRB submission and maintenance, subject recruitment and retention, data collection and storage, research outcome reports and presentation; providing clinical instruction to dental students and residents; performing other duties as assigned.

This is a grant funded, term appointment and will last for a maximum of 3 years under the direction the division chair, Dr. Albert Chan.

Candidates must have a dental hygiene degree or a D.D.S./D.M.D. from a CODA-accredited program. They also must be eligible for a regular or limited teaching license by the Ohio State Dental Board. Information on state dental licensure is available at dental.ohio.gov/Licensure/Dentist Board certification by the American Board of Periodontology is highly desirable.
