VP Organizational Effectiveness & Chief Learning Officer
The Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness & Chief Learning Officer is an enterprise executive responsible for aligning leadership capability, talent systems, and organizational design to create one integrated, high-performing culture across UCSF Campus and UCSF Health.
This leader oversees enterprise leadership development, learning and upskilling, organizational development, and core talent systems -- including performance management, engagement, and succession. The role ensures these elements operate as one aligned system, reinforcing consistent leadership expectations, accountability, and cultural standards across the organization.
This is not a traditional learning role. It is a strategic transformation role focused on aligning business and talent strategies, driving measurable behavioral change, and strengthening leadership effectiveness at scale.
The salary range for this position is $164300 - $399100 (Annual Rate).
