HMC PhD Program

PhD Opportunities at HMC

Harvey Mudd College does not offer PhD programs directly. However, students can engage in research that may lead to PhD opportunities at other institutions.

• Research Opportunities: HMC students often collaborate with faculty on research projects, which can serve as a stepping stone to graduate studies.
• Joint Programs: Through the Claremont Colleges consortium, students have access to resources and faculty from other colleges that may offer PhD programs.
• Funding: While HMC itself does not provide PhD funding, students can apply for external scholarships and grants for their graduate studies.
