PhD Opportunities at Mills

Mills College does not offer PhD programs directly. However, it collaborates with other institutions for advanced degrees:

• Master's Programs: Mills offers various master's programs which can be a stepping stone to PhD studies elsewhere.
• Research Opportunities: Students can engage in research projects that may lead to further graduate studies.
• Collaborations: Mills has partnerships with other universities for PhD programs, such as the joint program with UC Berkeley for the PhD in Music Composition.
