Eri Koh serves as the Programme Coordinator for the Master of Organisational Psychology, an online programme offered by the University of Canterbury through UC Online. Affiliated with the School of Psychology, Speech and Hearing within the Faculty of Science, she plays a key role in coordinating and supporting postgraduate education in organisational psychology. Eri Koh earned her PhD in Industrial-Organisational Psychology in 2016, establishing a strong foundation in the application of psychological principles to workplace dynamics and individual performance.
Her research specializations encompass positive psychology and wellbeing, with a focused interest in emotional experience and regulation across multiple life domains. These include professional work environments, domestic home settings, online and virtual interactions, and traditional offline contexts.
