Jacinda Boivin is the Manager of Collection Access & Discovery within the Digital and Collections department at the University of Otago Library in Dunedin, New Zealand. In this capacity, she leads efforts to enhance access to and discovery of library collections. She also serves as the Flexible Delivery Services Librarian, managing the interloan and document delivery services that support the research and learning needs of University of Otago staff and students. Appointed ex-officio by the University Librarian, Boivin represents the library on the Distance Learning Advisory Committee, contributing to policies and strategies for distance learning at the university. Boivin's work has supported numerous academic endeavors, as she is acknowledged in various publications for providing critical interloan services, such as the 2024 study on Leptospira serovar distributions, theses on ANZAC military pharmacy, and books on literary topics like Irish divorce in Joyce's Ulysses.
