Jacquie Sprott serves as an instructor for practical classes in the Digital Design Principles and Methods course (GRAP-1004) at Adelaide University. Offered by the School of Art and Design, this undergraduate level 1, 6-unit course introduces students to industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for producing designs intended for screen and print. Participants develop essential skills in document creation, management, and output, along with colour management, image creation, composition, resolution handling, and layout principles. Jacquie Sprott teaches specific sections including class 23837 (PR04) on Mondays from 2:10pm to 5pm and class 23842 (PR09) from 9:10am to 12pm, held at Dorrit Black, DB6-19, on the Adelaide City Campus West during Semester 1, spanning 23 February to 13 April and 4 May to 1 June.
Jacquie Sprott holds a Bachelor of Visual Communication from the University of South Australia, graduating in 2004 with the Design Graduate Photography Award. Since December 2012, she has been the graphic designer and manager of journals at the Australian Association of Mathematics Teachers (AAMT), where she handles the production of journals, catalogues, fliers, and other published materials. She also owns and operates Red Ripple Design, a freelance graphic design service based in Mount Barker, South Australia, specializing in creative solutions for printed and digital projects with an emphasis on visual communication and photography.
