As part of her teaching portfolio, she designs, develops, and delivers two fully online nursing units, contributes to the delivery of three other units, and leads the nursing clinical preparation program—a clinically based, face-to-face initiative. Her teaching philosophy equips students with practical tools to integrate critical thinking and reasoning into their nursing practice, thereby enhancing their professionalism and clinical competencies.
