Joshua Kinsman is an instructor in clinical podiatry courses at the University of Adelaide, School of AH & HP. He contributes to the teaching of PODI 3009 Clinical Podiatry Practice 300, which aims to consolidate and build clinical skills in assessment and management of lower limb problems in a variety of clinical settings, and PODI 4002 Clinical Podiatry Practice 400B, focusing on advanced clinical practice prerequisites including prior podiatry studies.
Kinsman earned his Bachelor in Podiatry from the University of South Australia, where he was awarded the JR Pickering Prize in Appliances for the highest aggregate score in Podiatric Clinical Biomechanics in his final year. As a practicing podiatrist at Pro Health Care clinics in Adelaide, including locations in Hope Valley, Kidman Park, and Norwood, he possesses extensive clinical experience in diabetic foot assessments, footwear analysis, complex biomechanical issues, and orthotic therapy. His interests center on sports podiatry, informed by his background in football, cricket, and water polo. He has undertaken additional training in trigger point therapy, dry needling, and sports trainer accreditations.
