Kevin Bradley is the Manager of Corrections Education at Portland Community College, situated within the Business, Community & Workforce Development division under Dean Jen Piper. This division encompasses key programs including Community Workforce Development & Opportunity Centers, Business & Entrepreneurship, Pathways to Opportunity, Adult Education & English for Speakers of Other Languages, Adult Basic Skills, Career Pathways & STEP, STEP & Pathways to Opportunity Statewide, and the Small Business Development Center & Global Trade Center. In his role, Bradley oversees educational initiatives that provide college credit courses and other learning opportunities to incarcerated individuals in Oregon correctional facilities, such as Coffee Creek Correctional Facility, supporting re-entry and workforce development efforts aligned with business and economics training objectives.
Bradley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Warner Pacific University (2003) and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Policy from Portland State University. His tenure at PCC includes an initial academic professional appointment as Eyeglass Program Coordinator in the Liberal Arts and Pre-College Division, Southeast/Extended Learning Campus, approved in April 2015. He progressed to his current responsibilities in Corrections Education within the Workforce, Economic and Community Development Division, serving as Director and Manager. The PCC Board of Directors approved his special continuous appointment as Manager, Workforce Development Program, effective July 1, 2019. Bradley has actively participated in professional events, including panels at the 2023 Anderson Conference on trauma-informed student responses with colleagues Lisa Regan-Vienop, Jane Zunkel, Kari Hanken, and Phyllis Petteys, as well as discussions on delivering college credit courses in correctional settings. His contributions underscore Portland Community College's commitment to accessible education in Business & Economics-related workforce pathways.
