Prof. Dr. Rejaul Abedin is the President, Founder, and Chancellor of GEPEA University, Europe, where he also serves as Director, Head of Administration, and Professor in the Faculty of Business Administration & Management Studies. He holds a PhD in Financial Management from the UK, a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), and multiple master's degrees including MBA, Professional MBA (P.MBA), M.Com, PGDM, and PGDHRM, complemented by fellowships such as FCMAN, FGEPEA, FCIAP, and FIFAP. His expertise spans business administration, financial management, accounting information systems, strategic management, human resource management, hospitality and tourism management, quality service management, and management consultancy. Previously, he was Assistant Director of Finance in the Accounting and Finance Department at North East University Bangladesh.

Prof. Abedin's academic contributions include developing the Universal Education Theory (UE), designed to implement inclusive curricula for global education improvement, as detailed in his publications such as 'Implementation of Universal Education Theory (UE)' and 'The Relevance of Applying Universal Education Theory and Other Educational Theories in the 21st Century' (2022). He co-authored 'The A to Z Research' (1st Edition, with Dr. Isaac K. Damoah), incorporated into GEPEA University's PhD syllabus, and 'Significance of Online Distance Learning in Career Development and Skills Advancement in 21st Century' (2023). As Editor-in-Chief and Founder of the International Journal of Academic Research in Business, Arts and Science (IJARBAS), he advances scholarly work in business fields. Prof. Abedin has innovated service quality management models and received the lifetime GEPEA Fellowship Award (FGEPEA).
