Professor Shenjiang Mo serves as Professor and Vice Dean of the Zhejiang University International Business School (ZIBS) and Professor in the Department of Leadership and Organizational Management, School of Management, Zhejiang University. He is a doctoral supervisor. Mo earned his Ph.D. in Management from Zhejiang University in 2012 and his Bachelor of Management from the same institution in 2007. His professional career began as Lecturer at Lingnan (University) College, Sun Yat-sen University from November 2012 to July 2016. He then joined the School of Management at Zhejiang University, holding positions as Lecturer from August to December 2016, Associate Professor from December 2016 to December 2022, and Professor since December 2022.
Mo's research interests include organizational behavior, leadership, corporate social responsibility, ethical issues in the digitalized workplace, human-AI collaboration, and employee development.
