Veronica Tziavrangos serves as a Lecturer in Physiotherapy at the School of Allied Health and Human Performance, College of Health, Adelaide University. She earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy (Honours) and a Master of Physiotherapy (Sports and Musculoskeletal), both from the University of South Australia. Her extensive clinical background encompasses over 20 years in public and private hospitals, with a primary focus on Intensive Care Units, alongside 15 years in private practice. During this time, she co-owned several allied health clinics across Adelaide. Previously, she worked as a clinic educator at the University of South Australia for more than 10 years, contributing significantly to physiotherapy education.
At Adelaide University, Tziavrangos is the Course Coordinator for Physiotherapy Studies 200 (REHB 2041), Clinical Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (REHB 4056), Advanced Rehabilitation (B) (REHB 4051), and Clinical Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (GE) (REHB 6011). She teaches in undergraduate and graduate entry programs, including Applied Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (REHB 3065 and REHB 6021), Acute Care (REHB 3007), and Applied Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (GE) (REHB 6018), associated with the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) and Master of Physiotherapy (Graduate Entry). Her research interests center on work readiness and the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, exploring methods to better prepare final-year physiotherapy students for private practice through innovative curriculum enhancements. Findings from this work were presented at the National Australian Physiotherapy Association Conference. Key publications include the 2025 conference poster 'Knowledge translation and dissemination: Teaching Squares' by Harmon, J., Darzanos, K., Weiler, T., Bridgewater, A., Maio, J., Tziavrangos, V., et al., presented at ASCILITE 2025 in Adelaide, and a related six-minute streaming video creative work by Harmon, J., Kaur, R., Bridgewater, A., Tziavrangos, V., Maio, J., Brown, A., Darzanos, K., and Weiler, T.
