East Stroudsburg University's Department of Sport Management is looking for Instructor(s)/Adjunct(s) to teach courses in introductory and/or advanced courses in sport management in undergraduate and/or graduate programs. Located in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, ESU's proximity to New York City and Philadelphia provides convenient access to internships, careers and social activities. Just minutes from campus are the country's largest water parks, scenic Delaware Water Gap Recreation Area, Appalachian Trail, and other opportunities for recreational fun.

The Department of Sport Management at East Stroudsburg University is establishing a three-year, temporary faculty teaching pool. A Master's degree in Sport Management or a related field and prior teaching experience is required. Candidates should demonstrate teaching excellence in areas of competence. Final selection will be based on teaching excellence, scholastic achievement, a review of the candidate's curriculum vitae, and a successful interview. Experience working with diverse student populations and professional experience in the sport industry are preferred.

Qualifications

• Competency to teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in sport management.
• Masters in Sport Management and/or a related field is required, A Ph.D. Degree in Sport Management is preferred.
• Candidate should demonstrate teaching excellence in areas of competence.
• Experience working with diverse populations and professional experience in sport industry are preferred.
• Final selection will be based on excellence in scholastic achievement, a review of the candidate's curriculum vitae, and a successful interview.
