Academic and Bar Support Program Manager
Bar passage rates are among the most critical metrics for law schools success. This position is essential to strengthen OU Law's bar passage outcomes and supporting student success. A dedicated bar preparation and academic support professional will provide targeted workshops, individualized feedback and early intervention for at-risk students, while also coordinating with faculty to integrate bar-specific skills into the curriculum.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 48 months of program development, program management or related experience.
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 96 months of related experience.
Required Certifications and Licenses:
- Valid Driver's License.
Department Preferences:
- 2-5 years of experience teaching bar exam preparation, legal writing, or other law school courses.
- 2-5 years of law school or undergraduate program management.
- 2-5 years of general or academic support advising at the law school or undergraduate level.

Pay Range: Targeted salary up to $72,500 annually, based upon experience
Benefits Eligible: Yes
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Travel: May be required
