The Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiovascular Medicine is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented Academic Program Specialist to support multiple research laboratories and world-renowned investigators. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the operational backbone of our research enterprise - coordinating laboratory operations, purchasing, equipment management, regulatory compliance, student employee supervision, and administrative support that keeps innovative research moving forward. If you enjoy solving complex problems, building relationships, working in a collaborative scientific environment, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to discoveries that improve cardiovascular health around the world.
