About the role:
Operating within Financial Operations, the Accounts Payable Officer assists the Accounts Payable Team Leader, Finance team and IT Procurement Manager to achieve efficient processing of accounts and payments for external creditors, staff and students as well as support the procurement of Information Technology (IT) equipment for the ACU campuses and Vice Chancellery. The Accounts Payable Officer provides advice and information on accounts payable and IT procurement processes, procedures and policies including FBT, GST, purchasing, travel expenses and taxis, internal money transfers and overseas cash advances to university internal stakeholders and staff.

Total remuneration valued to $101,464 - $109,838 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $85,739 - $92,815 (pro rata) pa (HEW 5), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
