"Adjunct Faculty: Undergraduate Nursing Clinic"

Job Summary:

The College of St. Scholastica seeks qualified adjunct faculty candidates to support undergraduate nursing students within the clinical learning environments.

Key Results/Responsibilities:

Instructs undergraduate nursing students in a clinical rotation at partnering health care facilities, collaborates and communicates with course faculty and clinical stakeholders to ensure that clinical learning objectives are met and assessed, provides guidance and support to students, follows standards of best practice, fosters a safe learning environment, and performs other duties as assigned. Additional orientation per course will be provided.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN). -MN RN license.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a wide diversity of students, faculty and staff.
• Ability to complete orientation and training within the first month of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completed or enrolled in a Master’s Degree program in Nursing (MSN)
• Teaching experience
• Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP)
