Adjunct Faculty, Advanced Regulatory Topics for Biologics, Henry E. Riggs School of Applied Life Sciences
The primary responsibility of the Adjunct Faculty member is teaching. We are seeking adjunct instructors for the following course at Keck Graduate Institute (KGI): REG 6320 Advanced Regulatory Topics for Biologics (Spring, 1.5 credits). The primary goal of this course is to provide students with an advanced background in the regulatory and quality considerations of novel therapies in the fields of Immuno-oncology, Gene Therapy, and Rare Disease Therapies. The successful candidate must share in the mission of KGI and the Riggs School of Applied Life Sciences Programs. A qualified candidate must have a minimum of a Master's degree in a related field. A doctoral degree is strongly preferred. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience. Prior experience in teaching for active learning preferred. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Provides high-quality student instruction; Evaluates student performance; Provides remedial instruction as needed; Other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a team; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
