Description: The Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Houston offers a broad range of undergraduate and graduate-level course and has occasional openings for temporary, part-time Adjunct Faculty. Adjunct Faculty appointments are made on a semester basis but may be renewed by Biomedical Engineering Department as needed. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree in the discipline for teaching at the undergraduate level or PhD in the discipline for teaching at the graduate level. Official transcripts are required for a faculty appointment and will be requested upon selection of the final candidate. All positions at the University of Houston-System are security sensitive and will require a criminal history check.
