This is a POOL posting to fill anticipated vacancies that may arise beginning with the 2026 spring semester. The Chillicothe Campus Continuing Education Program is seeking applications from individuals to serve as adjunct (part-time) faculty in various capacities as needed.

Job Description:

Ohio University Chillicothe Campus is seeking part-time instructors for the Continuing Education Program to lead engaging, community-focused workshops. Instructors will design and facilitate short-term, non-credit workshops that emphasize hands-on learning, active participation, and practical application in an inclusive and welcoming environment.

Workshop topics are flexible and may include personal enrichment, creative arts, wellness, professional skills, hobbies, or areas of public interest that support lifelong learning and community engagement.

Instructors will collaborate with campus staff and complete required documentation and administrative reports in accordance with Ohio University policies.

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in participant-centered learning experiences.
