Position Purpose
New England College seeks part-time faculty to teach graduate courses in online Education courses.

Essential Duties Summary

• Engage all students to facilitate and achieve course learning outcomes
• Review and grade all work submitted by students and provide timely and substantive feedback
• Coach struggling students toward success
• Provide 'experiential learning' opportunities whenever possible
• Deliver content that aligns with research and best practices in the field

Required Qualifications

Education

• Master's degree in Education
• State licensure in the area of the course (Literacy)

Skills & Knowledge

• Demonstrated knowledge and use of effective and innovative pedagogy, curriculum design and learning outcome alignment

Experience

• Experience in the K-12 setting
• Prior teaching and proven record of teaching effectiveness
