Baker College invites passionate professionals to join our team as an Adjunct Faculty in Science at our Owosso Campus!

The newly appointed Adjunct Faculty member will be responsible for teaching up to 9 credit hours per semester, as well as revising, reviewing, or developing curriculum as assigned. In addition, they will be required to attend all mandated professional development and training sessions and ensure the collection and submission of student learning assessment data. Active participation in campus and system-wide committees, meetings, projects, and other related activities will also be expected.
Preferred qualifications include a doctoral degree in physiology or a terminal degree in an acceptable subfield such as pathology, kinesiology/exercise science, medicine, or biology. Required qualifications include one of the following: a master's degree in physiology or an acceptable subfield; a master's degree in another area that includes at least 18 semester hours of graduate coursework in a related field along with documentation of an anatomy and physiology course that includes a lab component; or a master's degree or higher in a healthcare profession with documentation of an anatomy and physiology course that includes a lab component.
