Adjunct, Human Physiology & Anatomy II Lab
Merrimack College is a selective, private college in a beautiful, residential setting — just minutes from Boston, Massachusetts.
Position Overview:
The Department of Natural Sciences invites applications for adjunct faculty to teach the laboratory section of Human Physiology & Anatomy at the undergraduate level. The lab meets on Thursdays from 9:00-11:50 am. Duties include delivering laboratory instruction in a lab setting, organizing labs, and grading students’ assignments.
Qualifications:
The candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Hold at least a MS in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related field
- College-level teaching and experience utilizing learning management systems (i.e.- Canvas) and technology in the classroom is highly desirable.

This position is subject to the successful completion of a criminal background check.
Compensation
Minimum: $5,000 per 4-credit course
Minimum: $3,750 per lab section
The actual pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as, but not limited to, candidate qualifications and prior experience, scope of responsibilities, internal equity, and market considerations.
