Hudson Valley seeks experienced, dynamic, capable, creative and caring individuals who would like to join our Adjunct Faculty team beginning the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 semester and continue to build on decades of successful service to our community.

Department: Business and Criminal Justice

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Teach specific Health Information Management and Technology courses as noted below.
HITC 110, Medical Coding
• Must be a CPC approved instructor to teach the PMCC Medical Coding course using the AAPC coding curriculum.

Preferred Qualifications: Post-secondary teaching experience preferred. Experience with online delivery systems (D2L Brightspace) is highly desirable.

DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide classroom instruction in the Business department.
• Evaluate student performance.
• Participation in departmental, division wide, and college wide committees for the purpose of building community and fulfilling aspirations of professional development is encouraged and supported
• At the direction of the Department Chairperson, Adjunct faculty shall perform duties as specified in the Faculty Contract.

The Salary is $1,523.00 per contact hour.
