"Adjunct Lecturer, Introduction to Psychology"

Position Overview

The Department of Psychology and Neuroscience invites applications for adjunct faculty to teach Introduction to Psychology at the undergraduate level.

The course meets on Monday and Wednesdays from 9:30-10:45 am. Duties include delivering course content, assigning work and exams, and grading students’ assignments.

Qualifications

• Hold at least a MS in Psychology or related field
• College-level teaching and experience utilizing learning management systems (i.e.- Canvas) and technology in the classroom is highly desirable.

Compensation

Minimum: $5,000 per 4-credit course

Minimum: $3,750 per lab section

The actual pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as, but not limited to, candidate qualifications and prior experience, scope of responsibilities, internal equity, and market considerations.
