Job Description Summary
The Management Department covers a wide variety of courses in the
fields of organizational behavior, strategy, entrepreneurship,
leadership, global management, human resources, and supply chain
& operations management. Bentley University seeks experienced
part-time instructors on a continuing basis.
Qualifications
Masters degree required. PhD preferred.
The university is committed to creating a work environment that

Salary Range:
Compensation for adjunct faculty is governed by the collective
bargaining agreement between Bentley University and the Service
Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 509.
For the 2025–26 academic year, adjunct faculty are compensated
at a rate of $7,225.00 per course.
Courses with labs and other four-credit courses shall will be
compensated at a higher minimum rate of $9,333.00 per course.
