Admin Support Supervisor
This position has significant operational responsibilities in terms of its leadership and supervisory roles, as well as specific responsibilities related to office management, coordinating the scheduling team, budget management, and other duties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Additional leadership assignments (30%)
- Supervision of NCRLAP staff (25%)
- Budget and financial management (20%)
- Schedule assessments (20%)
- Other duties (5%)
Minimum Qualifications:
- HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENCY AND TWO YEARS OF PROGRESSIVELY RESPONSIBLE ADMINISTRATIVE/OFFICE MANAGER EXPERIENCE, INCLUDING SOME EXPERIENCE AS A LEAD WORKER; OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A four -year degree in the Early Childhood Education field with at least 2 years business experience, or a four -year degree in Business with at least 2 years of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education or related 4 -year degree.
