- Communicate on substantive matters with a broad range of
internal and external stakeholders, including senior university
administrators, faculty, staff, students, and parents
Program & Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across OPEN programs
and initiatives, including bystander intervention education, sexual
health programming, and other wellness campaigns
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, presentations, and major
events, including scheduling, room reservations, and preparation of
materials
- Track attendance for major programs and produce summary reports
for leadership
- Support budget reconciliation by organizing and processing
invoices
Office Operations
- Oversee a range of administrative projects including vendor
coordination, supply management, and general office workflow
- Maintain and organize confidential records and sensitive
materials with discretion and in compliance with university
policies
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written communication
skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with people
at all levels of an organization and with external
constituents
- Demonstrated commitment to providing inclusive, affirming, and
welcoming spaces for students of all backgrounds and
identities
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion, take
initiative appropriately, and recognize when to escalate
- Experience handling confidential materials and navigating
sensitive situations calmly and professionally
- Strong attention to detail, proofreading, and
follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word,
PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook; must be able to learn new
applications and troubleshoot independently
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years of administrative
experience
- Experience working with young adults or a college-aged
population
- Familiarity with Salesforce, WordPress, Qualtrics, and/or
Canva

Expected Hiring Range:
$23.37 - $32.14
