Assist faculty with preparing instructional materials and
facilitate purchases including supply orders and other payments
related to school functions.
Provide administrative support to department chairs and faculty
members, including maintaining records, budgets, and databases;
editing documents; drafting reports; and attending departmental
meetings.
Supervise departmental student workers, including hiring,
training, mentoring, and evaluating them, and serve as a secondary
supervisor for faculty assistant student workers.
Maintain departmental forms and records, including, advisement
sheets, course schedules, and spreadsheets.
Assist with planning, setup, and cleanup for departmental
events involving internal and external groups.
Assist with new faculty searches and hiring processes.

Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have at least four years, combined, of
college education and/or experience in an office setting. A
bachelor's degree is preferred.
