Job Duties
The Department Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive office support to the Chair and faculty, facilitating the daily operations of academic programs. This role includes administrative assistance, budget tracking, and the development of promotional materials and presentations. The coordinator plays a vital role in supporting technology degree and certificate programs and ensuring compliance with university policies.

Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software and design tools.

- Understanding of academic operations and university policies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Additional Considerations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in administrative support, preferably in an academic setting.
