Administrative Coordinator - Title III
Tennessee State University Department of Title III invites applications for the position of Administrative Coordinator.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee day-to-day operations for the Title III office (Travel, Supplies, Meeting Coordination, and data collection).
- Maintain and monitor methods for tracking confidential files, reports, presentations, and documents submitted on behalf of Title III.
- Coordinate and manage the Executive Director's travel, expense reports, campus room requisitions and similar scheduling and other office activities and workflow processes to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Participate in data collection and administrative support to the Executive Director and other unit staff members, including incoming and outgoing correspondence relating to Title III initiatives.
- Ensure that all communication is routed to the appropriate individuals in a timely manner and prepare any documents for review by the Executive Director.
- Keep abreast of all automated processes as they relate to current technology and software to support the Title III office. Perform other duties as assigned.
