Administrator ADAAA

The purpose of this class is to perform professional support to a functional area within an assigned College department or function.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and three (3) years of professional-level experience in human resources administering workplace accommodations under the ADAAA, Family Medical Leave, and Worker's Compensation, preferably in a higher education setting.

  1. Provide leadership and technical proficiency to assigned College division and/or function.
  2. Remain knowledgeable about the College, its structure, culture, policies, and practices.
  3. Serve as point of contact for internal and external organizations.
  4. Prepare and analyze reports, as requested.
  5. Develop policies and procedures, as required.
  6. Serve as an advocate for the College and its students, as required.
  7. Serve as liaison between College departments, faculty and/or staff, as required
