Position Overview
Students and Global Engagement leads Massey University’s strategies to enhance the student experience and student success, while building enduring alumni relations with current and future graduates.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our newly created administrative team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- General administration and staff support
- HR processes and finance administration
- Purchasing, events, and document management
We’re looking for someone with:
- Relevant administration experience, ideally in the tertiary sector
- Strong organisation, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Word and Excel
- A positive, adaptable, and reliable team approach
The role is fixed-term (30 hours per week, 8 months) with a salary band of $49,811 – $72,803 (pro rata). The position will preferably be based at our Palmerston North or Auckland campus, though Wellington may be considered.
