The Admissions Office at Brunel University of London is currently managing an exceptionally high volume of applications, and we’re looking for several enthusiastic fixed-term Admissions Officers to join our dynamic team with an immediate start. You’ll be working on applications from both UK and international applicants across a wide variety of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
We’re seeking proactive individuals who ideally bring a solid understanding of UK and international education qualifications. If you’re someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys working with detail, and is confident making criteria-based decisions, please apply.
As an Admissions Officer, you will:
- Process a high volume of applications using a large university database.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with applicants via email and phone.
- Manage and prioritise a busy and varied workload.
Excellent communication and computing skills are essential. Experience in higher education admissions or familiarity with admissions processes would be beneficial, although strong transferable skills and a positive, proactive approach are equally valuable.
Fixed-term opportunities available:
- 1 x 9-month
- 1x 12-month
- 1x 16-month
- 2 x 18-month positions
Internal secondment opportunities will be considered.
