This position plays a crucial role in supporting data-informed decision making and improving system efficiency for the Division of Enrollment Management. At the direction of the Senior Associate Director for Enrollment Services. This position will provide comprehensive support for admissions-related platforms, including Technolutions Slate. As a member of the systems team, the specialist contributes to effective strategic enrollment management serving as a key partner to the office's front-facing recruitment team. This work includes the design, implementation, and maintenance of systems tools and resources that aim to provide staff with data-informed insights into student behavior and recruitment trends. Additionally, this staff member will liaise with the Office of Analytics and Institutional Research providing support for survey development, and ensuring clarity in data definitions between these partner departments.
