Advancement Services Office Assistant
Class Description
The purpose of this class is to assist with efficient operation of the Advancement Services Office. Responsible for accurate statements and reporting of donor accounts, data entry, gift recording and assisting with CCBD Foundation, Inc. events.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma/GED required, with three (3) years of clerical experience working in an office environment, preferably a business which is customer service oriented or associates degree and one (1) year of relevant work experience. Associate's degree is preferred. Experience to include data entry, maintenance and cash handling. Knowledgeable of and experience with Microsoft Office software, information systems and document imaging. Experience working with the public is required, as is the ability to work overtime as required for events.
This is a Part Time (19.5 hours per week) position, daytime hours between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday. This position is on-site.

Perform daily gift entry, processing, and reporting
