  • Remuneration: $122,852 to $134,385 pa. (HEWA7) (inclusive of $103,811 to $113,557 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)
  • Location: Gardens Point (hybrid option available)
  • Open to: The position is open to applicants who have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of the fixed-term appointment. Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Advancement Services Officer to join Advancement Office, International and Business Development, Chancellery Division.

The Advancement Services Officer leads the coordination of our digital engagement with donor centric programs, core philanthropic themes and impactful projects while supporting associated data analysis for Advancement programs and initiatives. This position champions the use of digital platforms and tools in the effective engagement of donors and prospects. The role works cooperatively to support other Advancement staff in engaging with alumni, prospects and donors and liaises with inter-department stakeholders within central marketing, faculties and schools, and our digital solutions teams.

What you need to succeed

  1. Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to a degree in a relevant field with subsequent relevant experience (digital communications/marketing, data analysis).
  2. Proven ability to analyse complex quantitative and qualitative datasets to derive insights and recommendations to support and improve customer engagement and achieve business goals.
  3. Experience coordinating and managing the development of content, templates and customer journeys for engagement through digital channels (e.g. websites, emails).
  4. Demonstrated digital literacy through effective use of digital platforms and industry best practice in digital engagement to achieve business objectives.
  5. Proven organisational skills including the ability to schedule and prioritise tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively, establish positive working relationships and effectively manage staff to deliver high quality service in a fast-paced environment.
