The University of Arizona Athletics Department invites you to apply to the role of the Analyst, Baseball - Hitting and Recruiting. The Analyst, Baseball - Hitting and Recruiting will be working under the direction of the Head Coach, Baseball to ensure all program goals and needs are met.

This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and travel as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in all data collection and dissemination of information to coaches and players.
• Assist with practice plan preparation as well as offensive and defensive game planning.
• Assist with hitting instruction and daily prep work of players.
• Create and maintain comprehensive recruiting board and scheduling of coaches to see prospective student athletes.
• Assist with all on campus recruiting visits.
• Budget accountability.
• Additional duties as assigned.
