Position Summary

We are seeking to fill two Report Analyst positions, focusing on Annual Philanthropy or the Alumni Association. The Report Analysts convert data into information for colleagues by building and maintaining reports to meet business needs. The Report Analysts play critical roles in supporting data-informed decision-making within the Annual Philanthropy team or UO Alumni Association, and the Advancement division. The positions are responsible for the development, maintenance, and documentation of Annual Philanthropy reports and dashboards in Evergreen (Salesforce), Novi (for Alumni Association) Marketing Cloud, and Tableau Cloud.

Minimum Requirements

• College level courses in statistics (at least six quarter hours); research methods and techniques (e.g., research design, sampling, surveying, etc.); and computer software application or packages (e.g., Statistical Analyses System, Lotus 1-2-3, etc.); OR
• Three years of experience assisting with the gathering, compiling, analyzing, and reporting of research information and statistical data plus assisting with the drafting of this information into narrative or statistical reports,; OR
• An equivalent combination of training and experience.
